Who we are
Established in 2023, Chameleon Energy Consultants Ltd is a UK-based commercial consultancy led by Callum Flynn. We support organisations pursuing growth across the UK, Europe and Asia-Pacific, with each engagement shaped around the client’s technology, target market and commercial priorities.
We work with technology and equipment providers, engineering and specialist service companies, project developers and industrial asset owners. Depending on the assignment, we also engage investors, public bodies and other stakeholders whose involvement is relevant to a project or market.
What we do
We help clients make informed commercial decisions and act on them. Our support covers market assessment, target-account research, stakeholder engagement, partner identification, opportunity qualification and relevant funding and policy intelligence.
An engagement may focus on a defined question, such as which industrial applications to prioritise, or provide ongoing support for market development and commercial follow-up. We agree the scope, deliverables and reporting approach at the outset.
Our connection with Chameleon Events
Chameleon Energy Consultants works alongside Chameleon Events, which brings together organisations involved in CCUS, hydrogen and industrial decarbonisation through conferences and industry discussions.
This involvement helps us stay close to the questions facing industry and the organisations working to address them. Consultancy assignments have their own scope and deliverables. Event participation and sponsorship are separate services.
Meet Callum Flynn
Chief Executive Officer
Callum Flynn leads Chameleon Energy Consultants and Chameleon Events. His work spans commercial development and industry engagement across CCUS, hydrogen and industrial decarbonisation, connecting technology providers, industrial businesses, project developers, government and the wider supply chain.
Through his consultancy and events work, Callum engages organisations across the UK, Europe, South Asia-Pacific, South America & North America to understand their priorities and identify relevant opportunities for collaboration. His focus is on turning those discussions into a clear commercial brief, informed market choices and purposeful follow-up.
